The Demon Powersports Xtreme heavy duty tie rods are manufactured using aircraft grade material and gives added strength to a commonly failed part. Demon Xtreme Heavy Duty tie rods are machined from 7075 aluminum grade and hard anodized finish. Features and design: Material • Higher grade material utilizing 7075 Appearance • Hexagonal design Inner tie rod end with boot design and fully threaded for maximum strength and longevity to keep away debris. • Coating – anodized black coating to resist corrosion and give sleek design. Design • Larger diameter (1” Oversized hexagonal) • 3 pc heat treated chromoly and PTFE lined hiem joints for max durability, strength, and longer lifetime. • 17-4 stainless steel grade hardware for improved corrosion resistance • All threads are M14, larger than OEMs that use M12 • Inner tie rod end utilizes a boot design that is fully threaded for maximum strength and longevity to keep out dirt and debris- (most competitors overlook this and leave it exposed)
